It started with two friends looking for a reason to “do something together.”

No big vision. No business plan. Just two people who liked spending time together and kept trying to find an excuse to do it more.

“Careful. Between the two of us, we could probably run a company better than the one we met at.”

It was a throwaway line. But it was also, finally, something to actually do together—so they ran with it, half as an excuse to keep tinkering side by side.

Nobody remembers exactly who said it first. Both of them will tell you it was the other one.

The friendship that turned into a reason

Here’s the thing about looking for something to do with a friend: eventually, the thing you pick stops being an excuse and starts becoming real.

So they made it real. A name born from a joke, and a company born from two people who just wanted a reason to build something together.

What Gizat Global Communications never lost, even as it grew, was the spirit it started with: do good work, don’t take yourselves too seriously, and surround yourselves with people who make the whole thing better.

Gizat never rewrote its own history to sound more impressive. It doesn’t need to. The story stayed the story—because that’s the whole ethos: don’t overthink it, do it well, and bring good people along for the ride.
