We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager / Account Executive to join our telecommunications team, specializing in Voice termination and DID services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships to ensure the success of our VOIP and DID solutions.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for someone with a demonstrated track record of sales and account management. Key responsibilities will include:
- Own and grow a portfolio of accounts, driving revenue through both retention and new business development.
- Sell Gizat's voice termination, origination, and numbering services tailored to the needs of the customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the voice and/or the DID industry.
- Strong understanding of VOIP and DID technology and telecommunications services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Additional Required Qualifications
- Experience in a similar position handling DIDs.
- Detail orientation, accuracy, organization, and efficiency.
- Well-connected in the industry, predominantly with telecommunication companies as well as Tier-1 carriers.
