What You'll Do
- Monitor & Optimize: Keep a vigilant eye on our VoIP systems to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Swiftly address and resolve network hiccups related to SIP, SDP, and RTP protocols.
- Manage SIP Trunks: Implement and oversee SIP trunks to maintain top-notch voice services.
- Analyze Traffic: Dive into traffic patterns to boost performance and call quality.
- Collaborate: Work closely with our Partners and cross-functional teams. Tackle connectivity and operational challenges to keep things running smoothly.
- Customer Focus: Address customer concerns like ASR, ACD, call failures, and more with dedication.
- Manage Tickets: Efficiently handle Trouble Tickets, ensuring timely resolutions and meeting SLAs.
- Coordinate with Carriers: Liaise with carriers for new connections and maintain active relationships.
- Monitor Soft Switches: Keep our Soft Switches in check and take corrective actions when needed.
- Analyze Alarms: Work with vendors to promptly resolve hardware/software alarms.
- Daily Performance Checks: Regularly assess ASR & ACD metrics to ensure optimal performance.
What You Bring
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in the VoIP sector is essential.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of VoIP systems, IP protocols, and hardware components.
- Security Knowledge: Familiarity with network security systems and software.
- Analytical Abilities: Keen problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
